Oh Honey. My Bunny Bunny. I love The Bunny Tea at Dynasty Plaza because they got items so unique that I can't find at other boba tea joints in Chinatown. I have been trying those new items showing up on Instagram. My favorites are Avocado coffee with coffee jelly and peach lemon Tea.

DELICIOUS DELICIOUS DELICIOUS There are so many flavors of boba, milk tea, juice, tea, smoothie type drinks. Something for everyone. The service was friendly and the drinks are made fresh to order. Checkin with Yelp and sign up for their rewards for discounts.

Located in the hustle and bustle of Bellaire asian town where Ding Tea used to be. We absolutely love this new tea place. They new owner added more popular trendy street drinks, like the egg coffee and milk tea with khuc bach, aka, cheese jello as toppings. The staffs are a lot more friendly and actually listened to the customer's requests/restrictions with their orders. The new decor is cute, clean, trendy with ample of seatings. Don't forget to check in on Yelp to receive 10% OFF your entire order. That's a sweet deal! Will definitely stop by every time we are in the area.

New boba place! Bunny Tea is in the same spot as Ding Tea was in Dynasty Plaza. Despite the Easter-ish name, the drinks are good - but let's not get ahead of myself. The decor reminds me of an outdoor patio... but indoors. Same space but with a rabbit logo, the menu now has a Vietnamese influence. I'm not sure where the bunny comes in but it's cute, at least? In addition to your usual milk teas, they have fruity teas, blended ice drinks, and Vietnamese coffees. The person taking my order was nice and helpful with my questions. I ended up getting: - Eggy Cafe (less ice): Vietnamese egg coffee, something I always wanted to try. I've only seen it in travel shows/blogs and this version doesn't look authentic, but it's still delicious. Vietnamese coffee (strong coffee with sweetened condensed milk) topped with an egg-based whipped topping. This is a super decadent coffee and I had no regrets. My hubby, a firm believer in black and unsweetened coffee, thought it was an abomination. More for me! - Ube Brûlée Milk Tea (half sweet, less ice): a layered drink with milk tea, then the ube part, and the same topping in the coffee. Perfect sweetness and it was nice going from one flavor to the next. I did try mixing but the topping just refused to mingle so I enjoyed them in layers. The ube had a coconut taste, so FYI if you're allergic. - Brown Sugar Milk area with Brown Sugar Jelly (less sweet, less ice, with boba): sweeter than the ube drink but not overly so and I enjoyed the texture. The boba wasn't bad at all (decently tender and chewy). It tasted slightly different from the brown sugar MT I've had but not in a bad way. Overall, very pleased with ALL my drinks. They were delicious and I'm up for future visits. They aren't exactly cheap, starting at $5 and change for a small, adding boba is an additional $0.75 and sizing up another $0.95, but the taste makes up for it. Do expect to pay around $7 for a large with boba. The total after tax was $21 for my 3 drinks, though I did get a cute tote bag because I reached $20. It's somewhat comparable to I think it's a promotional thing for their opening. I do wish they had the plastic seal on the cups instead of the snap on lids (they had to put plastic wrap around the top of each cup to prevent leaking), though. Looking forward to going back again when I'm in the area! They were empty when we went in on a Saturday afternoon, but shortly after, they had 3 parties come in, so looks like they're off to a pretty good start.

The Bunny Tea offers some great boba tea in the Houston area. I came in with a group of some of my favorite people ever :D (we were missing one person unfortunately). The customer service was excellent as all of our drinks came out at the same time and in a quick manner. You'd be surprised at how many boba places can't get everyone's drink out at the same time. The spot also had some tasty drinks. Overall, I'll be back here again the next time I'm in the Houston area. I'd recommend the Ube milk tea or the Hawaiian Sunset Tea . Do yourself a favor and get the large size + check in on Yelp - you'll thank me later.

Ken from Management reached out and we tried the 2nd time. Still had ube brule and crystal pearls and passionfruit milk tea with mango jelly. Both half sweet and less ice. Got the right straws to suck up those pearls and jellies! Great drinks. Chatted with Ken, the owner, as he shared his vision for future expansion in different markets as well as customized menu per geographical needs. They have 2 stores in CA and this one in HTX. Glad to hear they source ingredients locally to keep their products fresh.

The Bunny is my family new favorite spot for boba & coffee! My family is really picky when it comes to boba drinks, but I have been here 3 times this week! Let me tell you, I don't even live close to the area but it just that good! My favorite was the Eggy Coffee, it's strong and does the job. My daughter's favorite is the bunny boba latte. This is a little too sweet for me but you can adjust the sweetness level and ice. Don't forget to check in on your YELP app to receive 15% off on your order. Cannot wait to try more items off their menu!
